So How Did We Get Here?
I overcommitted myself with various roles and responsibilities. Being a wife, a mother of three children, and a special education teacher with an hour and a half commute in traffic both ways, I had taken on more than I could manage. On top of that, I was working as an educational consultant during the evenings and weekends.
I was feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and guilty. I had no time for myself, no chance to de-stress, and I was constantly feeling regretful for not being able to spend more quality time with my husband and kids.
I loved my work, but I spent more time with my client's children than my own. After work, I would rush home to quickly make dinner and squeeze in a couple hours with my boys before they went to bed. It was a challenge to balance work and family, and I felt like I was missing out on precious time with my growing boys.
Every day just seemed to blur into the next. I felt like the days were passing me by and it wasn't the life I wanted for me or for my family. I knew I wanted more out of life but I just didn't know how to make it happen.
I remember the day I gained absolute clarity about on what I really wanted. I wanted to build a successful business without sacrificing time with my family. I wanted give my family the quality time and attention they deserved, create new family experiences, and go on more vacations. I also wanted to prioritize self-care and my health.
On December 16, 2015, I took a leap of faith and started my own company. I knew that if I could make it work, I would have more control over my time and schedule. I could also work from home, manage my own hours, and increase my income potential.
Listen, I made a lot of mistakes, it took some trial and error, and a lot of hard work, but eventually I was able to find a business model that worked. I found myself with more flexible hours, more energy, and more time to spend with my family. I had finally broken the cycle of feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and stressed out.
Today, I am proud to say that my business is thriving and I'm so thankful for the opportunities it's given me and my family. It's given us the chance to spend more quality time together and to make memories that will last a lifetime.
It's been a long journey, but I'm grateful to have found something that brings me purpose and allows me to be there for my loved ones.
The most important thing my business has given us is something that can't be measured in money or hours. It's given us the chance to live life on our own terms. Now my mission is to help women like you to do the same.

Client Success Academy is not suitable for people who have a physical product and it's not for those providing services where the average sale is less than $1,000.
People who enroll in Client Success Academy include, but are not limited to, solopreneurs, consultants, coaches, and client based businesses.
What is the outcome of completing the program?

How long will it take to implement the client success system?
Our results are not typical. If you can commit 5 hours per week to the program for execution, then you should have the system up and running around 30-90 days. If you need to go slower, we've got you covered.
To be clear: To take full advantage of Client Success Academy it takes time and effort to implement.
