Please keep in mind that we are in the eastern time zone and we follow the U.S. National Holiday schedule.  Please allow 24 – 48 Business hours to receive a reply. You must first create an account at our help desk website and submit 1 ticket per help request. Then LOG BACK IN to the help desk to see your reply.
